| 10:30 a.m. | Arrive Washington, D.C. Disembark aircraft and board three motor coaches |
| 10:45 a.m. | Depart Reagan National Airport via buses |
| 11:15 a.m. | Arrive World War II Memorial Disembark and tour |
| Noon | Lunch at World War II Memorial. A box lunch with water will be provided to all participants in the flight in a tented area. |
| 1:00 p.m. | Depart World War II Memorial on motor coaches |
| 1:15 p.m. | Arrive Vietnam Memorial Disembark and tour |
| 1:45 p.m. | Depart Vietnam Memorial on motor coaches for a tour of other sites in the National Mall area which may include the Lincoln Memorial and the U.S. Marine Corps Memorial. |
| 2:30 p.m. | Arrive Arlington National Cemetery Disembark and tour View Changing of the Guard |
